PRDG Research & Consulting Services was set up by Padmini Ray in 2004. Padmini started her career 20 years ago with Marg in Kolkata. She then joined MODE and worked with them for four years. After gathering rich experience in Kolkata, she moved to Delhi to set up the Qualitative division of MBL (TNS). Soon after, she joined AC Nielsen and set up their Qualitative division in Mumbai. Last worked as the Director-Head of Qualitative Research with ACN in India. In 2001 she moved to Oman and was engaged in handling diverse range of categories as a freelancer. Her major area of work included wide scale studies for the booming retail market in the Gulf.
